Randy joins as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across the institutional trading ecosystem, including senior roles at Trading Technologies and Abel Noser. He offers deep expertise in infrastructure modernization, M&A integration, and regulatory compliance spanning SOC 2, FINRA, and SEC frameworks. Pairing executive vision with technical execution, Randy is helping Aerial View redefine how firms detect market abuse with cutting-edge AI.
Carmen joins as a Sales Associate, bringing a rare blend of front-office intensity and disciplined compliance oversight. Carmen transitioned from the rapid-fire environment of Head Trader at a NASDAQ market maker to Director of Compliance, and went on to dedicate 14 years to leading compliance for strategic business units at Broadridge and SunGard, following consulting tenures at CRC and MTD. That combination of trading experience and regulatory expertise makes Carmen uniquely suited to connect with the firms our platform serves.
